Baked Vegetables in White Sauce


1/2 Cauliflower
5-6 Carrots
1 Green Pepper / Capcisum
1 Red Pepper / Capsicum
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 cup mozarella cheese
Salt to taste
2 cups White Sauce


1. Chop all vegetables into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces.

2. Steam vegetables till desired tenderness is achieved (about 10-15 minutes)

3. Drain and add steamed vegetables to prepared White Sauce.

4. Add black pepper, salt. Mix so that all vegetables are covered with sauce.

5. Transfer the vegetables in white sauce to a baking dish.

6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 F on center rack till cheese melts.
