Boondi Raita
Ingredients:
1 can whole milk yoghurt
1 cup boondi
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp rock salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped dhaniya lvs
1/2 cup water/milk (can increase based on consistency)
Method:
1. Mix yoghurt well in a bowl and thin it by adding milk/water.
2. Add all the rest of the ingredients
3. Adjust seasoning according to taste
4. Decorate with a little red chilli powder, cumin powder and dhaniya lvs.
