Custard Pudding


4 tblsp Custard Powder
1 lt Milk
6 tblsp Sugar
ParleG or Cake for layering


1. Dissolve custard powder in 1/4 cup milk.

2. Boil the remaining milk with sugar

3. Simmer and add dissolved custard slowly stirring continuously.

4. Remove from flame.

5. In a flat-bottomed dish, pour 1/3rd prepared custard as a layer.

6. Add a layer of ParleG or cake.

7. Add another layer of custard and ParleG/Cake and top with the last layer of custard.

8. Refrigerate for a 1-2 hours or longer.

9. Before serving top with a thin layer of crushed ParleG / Crumbled Cake - depending on what you have used.
