[+/-] Microwave Cooking

A microwave is a very versatile tool for cooking. Heat milk - reheat cooked food - cook food - infact you can live with only a microwave and no other cooking appliances in the kitchen - a little difficult but possible. :-))))

An important factor to note when reading recipes using a microwave is the wattage of the microwave which decides the time of the recipe. So you need to do a bit of trial to know the exact time your microwave would need. And thats not tough - you just need to keep a watch when you are making the recipe for the first time. The food can get easily burnt on a high wattage microwave and will take longer to cook in a low wattage microwave.
