"What all should you always have in your Kitchen?" is a question I always had. I have tried to create a list of must-haves for a kitchen (esp. Indian Kitchen). Indian food is so rich with spices that what I have here may look small. These are the things I use regularly in my kitchen. Based on your type of cooking, you can add others.
