Ingredients: 2 tblsp Butter 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour 3 cups milk |
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan. Simmer and add flour. Fry 3-4 minutes.
- Add milk slowly stirring constantly ensuring no lumps form.
- Keep stirring on slow till the sauce thickens.
- White Sauce is ready. It is not used by itself but used in many other vegetables / pasta.
