Pasta in Tomato Sauce



Ingredients:

HomeMade Tomato Pasta Sauce or any store bought Pasta Sauce
2 cup favorite pasta, cooked
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup carots, diced
1/2 cup green peas
1 large onion, chopped
1 tblsp olive oil

Method:

1. In a pan, saute onions in olive oil.

2. Add all vegetables (you can add whatever vegetables you like, mushrooms, olives etc) and cook for 4-5 minutes till the vegetables soften a little.

3. Add cooked pasta and Pasta Sauce.

4. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle cheddar cheese.

5. Bake at 375 F on center rack for 15-20 minutes till the cheese melts.

Tips

• I use cheese and bake only for guests.
