Speedy Nachos


175 gms Plain Tortilla Chips
225 gms Salsa jar
1 small sliced spring onion
1-2 cups shredded Fontina/Cheddar cheese
A pinch of chilli flakes, to taste
Sour Cream, opional


1. Place tortilla chips on a baking tray.

2. Pour Salsa and scatter onions.

3. Spread shredded cheese, chilli flakes.

4. Bake at 350 F on center rack for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese.

5. Serve with sour cream.
