Crepes
Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 stick / 1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
Method:
1. Beat all ingredients above by a hand mixer to a smooth consistency
2. Select an eight inch non-stick skillet.
3. Pour a tablespoon of batter onto the pan.
4. Twirl the pan around to spread the batter to desired thickness.
5. Cook the crepe on medium heat.
6. Flip the crepe over. Cook for another 20-30 seconds and you are done.
